It’s a scam!! I was supposed to get a visa rewards card, I kept calling and getting the runaround. First they said it’s in route. I called again they said should be there within 2 more weeks, I called for the third time only to be informed that I didn’t sign up for that promo deal!! It’s a big scam.

I’m reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. False advertisement every excuse not to give with a stated. The first five days of the service was great after then it’s crap I can’t even go around my whole house and I’m supposed to have some extended bumpers, also I did a video seeing how far the Wi-Fi would go when we first got it, it was excellent now I can’t even reach my porch, but when they first connected us I can reach my neighbor’s house this is crap. I never received my gift card they stated they mailed it out never received it blatantly two representatives from two different numbers flat out lies, stating that they were in route, be on the lookout for them and yet today still have not received them.200 gifts certificate card waste your time calling, because they lie lie lie.
